125-washer-and-spacer.jpg - shows the .125 washer installed over the SCH spacer.  A 16mm washer was a perfect fit and searching through a whole box with my dial indicator got me one that was an even .125 and one that was an even .120!

I experimented with the .120 and the .125 washers.  I used a straight edge between the pulleys to find the best alignment.  What I found was the idler appears to always be tipped with the side towards the water pump around 2 thousandths inward.  Not a huge issue.  I will try to do some drawings to explain - but not tonight....
